What You'll Be Working On
➜ Designing and developing scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot
➜ Building REST APIs and Microservices
➜ Working on cloud-ready applications and distributed systems
➜ Collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers
➜ Improving application performance, scalability, and reliability
➜ Contributing to architecture and technical design discussions
➜ Leveraging AI-powered development tools to enhance productivity
➜ Working with CI/CD pipelines and modern software engineering practice.
Skills We're Looking For
Must Have
► 4–7 years of experience in Java development
► Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate/JPA
► Experience building Microservices and REST APIs
► Strong understanding of OOP, Design Patterns, and Clean Coding Practices
► Experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL
► Working knowledge of Git
► Experience with Maven or Gradle
Good to Have
► Experience with AWS or cloud environments
► Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
► Experience with distributed systems and scalable architectures
► Knowledge of automated testing frameworks
► Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot
